Terms & Conditions

Revision Policy

Revisions are included in the price of your package, and you are entitled to as many as the package description allows. Until your satisfaction is guaranteed, we will keep improving our services to make them the best they can be. If you don’t want to make any changes to the initial design ideas, you won’t have to pay anything extra. In 72 hours, you will receive the updated version of the design.

After the design has been completed, any additional modifications or updates will be regarded as a new order and billed accordingly.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given by Dexter Digital if;

  • This is a premium bundle that you have selected.
  • The basic plan for the design has been given the green light.
  • You have asked for changes to be made.
  • The decision to cancel has nothing to do with the company.
  • More than two weeks have passed without anyone from the company getting in touch about the progress of the project.
  • There has been a breach of company policy.
  • This is not the first time that another firm or designer has been contacted about working on the same project.
  • There is essential information missing from the creative brief.
  • Changes to the design in their entirety are required.
  • The period for which a refund might be requested has expired, and the claim cannot be processed.
  • The company is shutting down or rebranding.
  • No refunds will be given for “change of heart,” “disagreement with partner,” or any other cause that has nothing to do with the service provided.
  • If a customer signs up for multiple services but is only unhappy with one of them, they will only be refunded the amount they paid for the service they were unhappy with.
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase, the client is not eligible for a refund.
  • In no event will a refund be given for services such as social media marketing/management, SEO, domain registration, web hosting, or paid plugins (SSL/DDoS).
  • Once the client approves the design and it is sent for production, we do not accept return requests.
  • After the designs have been approved, no refund requests will be considered.
  • If the client does not submit the initial brief for the site design within 10 days after making the purchase, the client may request a partial refund (not to exceed 25%).

Please be aware that Dexter Digital has the right to refuse any project or terminate the contract at any time. After receiving a refund, the designs will no longer be your property and will instead belong to Dexter Digital. The designs will legally belong to the corporation.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will answer as quickly as possible and begin the necessary analysis.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

After a refund is issued, customers have no further claim to any designs created by Dexter Digital.

We strive to meet your needs, and our designers work hard to exceed your expectations.

Each of our designs is thoroughly thought out and expertly made since we are committed to offering only the best to our clients.

WE OFFER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality of our work and offer free revisions until you’re completely happy.

We intend to go above and beyond your expectations and work hard to do so.

Until you are fully happy with your design, we will continue to make adjustments for you (number of revisions will be according to your package).

POLICY ON DELIVERY

On the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation and in the accompanying email, we will transfer the total amount due to the specified account.

  • Timeframes vary per bundle, so please allow at least 2 business days as a base.
  • Please get in touch with us immediately if your order is time-sensitive.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

In case your order is lost, don’t worry; Dexter Digital keeps track of all completed designs, and in that event, we’ll send you the exact file again.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If you have any questions or issues at any time, you can reach out to our customer service staff and they will respond as soon as possible.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Dexter Digital is not responsible for emails sent from addresses other than those ending in “[email protected]” or for calls made to toll-free numbers that are not listed on the Dexter Digital website. No harm done by such communication is the responsibility of Dexter Digital. We are only responsible for messages sent to or received at the email address(es) or toll-free number(s) listed on the Dexter Digital website.

  • If you get in touch with someone else using information that wasn’t provided by us, we won’t pay for the repairs.
  • Failure to respond within 45 days will result in project activation fees being assessed.
